From humble beginnings in 1978, R.A.M. Appliance Service Ltd. has become a trusted name in appliance sales and service throughout the Cowichan Valley. 

What began with a station wagon and a cardboard sign has grown into an appliance showroom and shop, two local warehouses, a team of certified repair technicians and the valley’s friendliest delivery and installation specialists.

Richard A. Masur (our namesake), his sons Sam (Parts), Richard (Service) and Greg (Installation) along with good friend Charlie Erickson (Sales) have built a reputation based on knowledge, reliability and trust. 

Our “customer first” approach and ability to change with the times has made R.A.M. Appliance Service Ltd. a leader in the home appliance industry and remains our focus moving forward.
